- Operational discipline

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
- Age 18+
- Determination to destroy the enemy
- Fit for military service by health and moral-psychological qualities
- Complete secondary education (priority for candidates with vocational or higher education)
- Skills in working with computer applications and electronic devices — a significant advantage
- Experience in electronics maintenance and repair — a significant advantage
- UAV piloting experience — an advantage
- Readiness to perform combat missions, including in the combat zone

CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS
- Mobilisation until the end of martial law or service under contract
- Transfer from other active military units is possible
- Basic general military training before taking the position; specialty training as needed
- Full food, clothing, medical supply, and personal protective equipment
- Compensation from UAH 20,000 to 120,000 depending on assignment and location
- Service in Kyiv and in mission-execution areas
- One-time cash payment upon signing the first contract
