- Operational discipline
- Performing combat tasks as part of the unit
- Hardware and software support of UAV readiness
- Maintenance and repair of drones
- Diagnostics and preparation for flights
- Documentation of technical condition
- Training and skill development

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
- Age 18+
- Determination to destroy the enemy
- Fit for military service by health
- Technical education or electronics experience
- Soldering and diagnostics skills
- Attention to detail
- Readiness to perform combat missions

CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS
- Mobilisation until the end of martial law or service under contract
- Transfer from other active military units is possible
- Basic general military training; specialty training as needed
- Full food, clothing, medical supply, and personal protective equipment
- Compensation from UAH 20,000 to 120,000 depending on assignment and location
- Service in Kyiv and in mission-execution areas
- One-time cash payment upon signing the first contract
