- Experience in infantry or similar units
- Leadership qualities
- Stress resilience
- Physical fitness
- Fit for front-line service
- Ready for specialty training

CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS
- Mobilisation until the end of martial law or service under contract
- NCO position
- Basic general military training; specialty training as needed
- Full food, clothing, medical supply, and PPE
- Compensation from UAH 20,000 to 120,000
- Service in Kyiv and in mission-execution areas
- One-time cash payment upon signing the first contract
