- Company command in combat and routine operations
- Planning and organising combat tasks
- Working with the officer corps
- Training subordinate personnel
- Coordination with higher command
- Unit resource management
- Maintaining discipline
- Reviewing after-action reports
- Representing the company at staff-level meetings

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
- Officer rank or higher education
- Command experience of 3+ years
- Military education
- Leadership qualities
- Stress resilience
- Physical and psychological endurance
- Ability to make decisions under pressure

CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS
- Mobilisation until the end of martial law or service under contract
- Officer position, officer pay scale
- Basic general military training; specialty training as needed
- Full food, clothing, medical supply, and PPE
- Compensation from UAH 20,000 to 120,000
- Service in Kyiv and in mission-execution areas
- One-time cash payment upon signing the first contract
